24 hours costumer service
Our costumer service representatives provide 24 hours service in Hungarian language for our mostly Hungarian costumers, and foreign languages (English, German, French, Slovakian, Polish, Check, Russian and Spanish) spoken by them facilitate keeping contact with the foreign service providers and secures a fast and professional method to solve the problems, even in a direct way.
On the spot troubleshooting
Our professional employee, arriving to the scene, shall make an attempt to repair the mechanical defects on the spot. These services can only involve operations which are not covered by the warranty of the vehicle (e.g. wheel replacement, replacement of fan belt, start up of the battery etc.)
Vehicle towing
Defects which are more complex (requiring trained experts, complicated equipments, tools and parts) and cannot be detected on the spot, can only be repaired in repair shops. If the defect cannot be repaired on the spot, or an accident has occurred, then the damaged vehicle together its driver and passengers shall be transported to the nearest repair shop or to the place indicated by the client.
Auto part supply
If the repair shop does not have the necessary auto parts on stock, we organize its transport to the repair shop as soon as possible and take care of the required formalities.
Storing of vehicles
In the meantime, providing storage for the vehicle is our responsibility
Claim adjustment
If it is doubtful whether the vehicle may be repairable, we organize the claim adjustment and the mechanical check-up of the car.
Waiving owners` rights
If the vehicle becomes stoned, we assist the owner in relinquishing his ownership rights.
Providing accommodation
If injury to the vehicle occurred at a time when the repair shop is closed (e.g. weekends, nights) then we shall arrange for accommodation for the driver of the car and even for the passenger nearby, either in a hotel or a pension, as required.
Providing replacement vehicle
If our partner would like to continue his trip immediately, we shall offer him a vehicle of the same category as the damaged vehicle was.
Travel
According to the request of our partner, we shall organize a trip home for the driver or the passengers or make arrangements for them to be able to continue their trip, as well as the return trip of the driver to pick up his repaired car, on train, by bus or by plane.
Assistance before the taking off
If our partner cannot commence his trip due to accidents or mechanical problems (e.g. battery problems, gas oil freeze, electrical defects) then our colleague shall remedy the problem on the spot or if it is not possible he shall transport the vehicle to a repair shop.
In the field of health care services
Organizing patient transport
In case of accident or sickness, we shall organize the transport to the nearest physician, hospital or the transfer to another health care facility.
Providing health care
We organize for the patient to receive health care services, as well as we temporarily undertake payment of the health care costs.
Home transport
If it is necessary we organize the trip for the patient returning home (with an accompanying physician or paramedic, by ambulance car, by commercial airplane or emergency airplane) and arrange for placement in a Hungarian health care facility.
Home transport of corpses
In the most tragic days we organize the home transport of the deceased person.
In the field of legal services
Representation in front of the authorities, legal defense
Should our client need professional representation in front of authorities, in asserting his rights or regarding his defense, we shall provide an attorney familiar with the local legal regulations.
Depositing bonds
If it is necessary, through our foreign service providers, we shall be able to deposit bonds abroad as well.
Legal counseling
Should a legal question or problem arise, we shall assist our client in providing legal counseling.
Assistance in case of document loss
Should our client loose his important papers or documents, we shall assist the client in replacing or finding the said papers and documents.
In the field of travel assistance services
Arranging accommodation worldwide
We arrange for accommodation for our client at any place if it becomes necessary.
Providing rental vehicle worldwide
If it is requested, we provide rental vehicle for our client.
Translation services
We provide translator services abroad for our Hungarian clients and in Hungary for our foreign clients to overcome their language problems.
Other assistance services
In addition to the above, our company provides other services devised to enhance the comfort of our clients. E.g. maintaining contact with relatives, employer, health care facility, physician, providing cash assistance, visiting patients, arranging for the return of minors who were left unattended, organizing home returns before of after the scheduled date.
Providing information
Our customer service providers are at your assistance regarding drafting travel plans, giving traffic advice, as well as providing information on currency exchange, duty issues, border crossings or weather.
Our staff shall provide you with information regarding travel, travel planning (hotels, embassies, insurance companies, ticket pricing, travel schedules, ferry- channel- or highway- fees) vehicles (gas oil prices, stations, auto clubs, repair shops and auto part prices) or any other questions.
