We provide our fleet operator partners with a full scope of insurance administration services, such as insurance brokerage, consultancy, file maintenance services, data provision, insurance fee intermediary services, as well as services in relation to claim settlement under an Agency Agreement concluded for the above specific services.

Brokerage and consultancy services:

• CLB concludes CASCO and vehicle third party liability insurance agreements regarding equipments owned or maintained by the FLEET OPERATOR, according to preconditions prescribed by the FLEET OPERATOR.
• In order to conclude the insurance agreements in line with the specific needs of the FLEET OPERATOR, CLB works out individual insurance offers or frame insurance agreements in cooperation with the insurers operating in Hungary. On request from the FLEET OPERATOR, CLB contacts insurers not registered in Hungary, in case the products of the insurers operating in Hungary do not satisfy the insurance needs of the FLEET OPERATOR.
• CLB, on behalf of the FLEET OPERATOR, enters into cooperation agreements with the insurance companies, which agreements are necessary for the provision of the services under this agreement (they contain provisions for the required authorities, the scope of liabilities, the material legal and other conditions as well as work procedures. The cooperation agreement with the appropriate content and conditions can be two sided or three party agreements in case the FLEET OPERATOR is involved in the cooperation.
• Representing the interest of the FLEET OPERATOR, CLB continuously monitors the changes taking place on the insurance market and informs the FLEET OPERATOR regarding those changes on time. CLB in cooperation with the FLEET OPERATOR also makes proposals regarding the amendment of the insurance agreements and ensures that the amendments are implemented by the insurance companies.
• CLB operates its own administrative system adjusted to the processes and the needs of the FLEET OPERATOR
• CLB produces the forms necessary for carrying out the administrative processes and transmits those to the FLEET OPERATOR
• Based upon a written request sent by the FLEET OPERATOR, CLB prepares a proposal regarding the insurer recommended for the given fleet and regarding the insurance conditions, making sure that the service of the recommended insurer is appropriate for needs the FLEET OPERATOR and for the client of the FLEET OPERATOR.

File maintenance and data providing services

• CLB provides a continuous insurance monitoring service in the scope of which (on the basis of information provided by the FLEET OPERATOR and/or by the insurance companies) it records in its files the amendments of the data of the insurance agreements or canceling of the insurance agreement, as well as it checks whether the insurance fees and other insurance conditions are corresponding. 
• CLB ensures that the insurance premiums payable by the FLEET OPERATOR are paid on time, and draws the attention of the FLEET OPERATOR to the possible delays.

Our services provided in connection with claim settlement:

CLB, from the time of extending coverage to the vehicle, continuously assists the FLEET OPERATOR in summarizing the potential claim settlement information and provides the FLEET OPERATOR with the below descriptions:

• description of the obligations of the operator regarding loss prevention and loss mitigation,
• description of events which result in the exemption of the insurer from its claim settlement obligations
• description of the tasks of the operator for events of loss covered under the insurance
• list of brand repair shops having a contractual relationship with the insurers
• CLB by engaging its co-workers and its assets represents the FLEET OPERATOR up till its damages are paid in full.
